Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, cases, and manuals, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Service Center
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our designated fulfillment center; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value carbon fiber instruments.
Inspection and Refund
